Announcements September 10, 2017

1. Please join us for a time of refreshments and fellowship in the lower level of the sanctuary following the service.

2. FOOD BANK DONATIONS are welcome on any Sunday. Items of particular need at this time are school lunch snacks (granola bars, pudding & fruit cups, juice boxes) as well as gift cards and cash donations used to purchase fresh produce, dairy and meat. Please find envelopes for monetary donations at the back of the sanctuary.

3. THIS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, we are asked to pray for the mission and ministry of St. Andrew's-Westminster United Church, and for the well-being, compassion, strength, and joy of Rev. Sue Browning.Thank you for your participation in this ministry.

4. Thank you to Ernie and Carol Reid for hosting our WELCOME BACK BBQ on Friday evening, and to all who attended this event!

5. The Church Board will meet this Wednesday, Sept. 13 at 1:30 pm.

6. Trivia Night & Silent Auction, Saturday, Oct 21 at Belmont Community Centre. Doors open at 6:30 and play begins at 7:00. Cost is $20.00 per person which includes light refreshments. Teams consist of 6 or 8 people, to register a team, please call Susan Grieve at 519-644-1965 by October 14^th. Prizes awarded to the first and second place teams. Organized by S. Andrew's Westminster United Church, Glenworth.

7. WORDS/MESSAGES OF ENCOURAGEMENT are included in your bulletin today with a small greeting card. Perhaps you know of someone who could use a smile and a little "pick me up" this week.
