1. Please join us for a time of refreshments and fellowship in the lower level of the sanctuary following the service.
2. FOOD BANK DONATIONS are welcome on any Sunday.
3. THIS SUNDAY, OCTOBER 29, we are asked to pray for the mission and ministry of Rowntree Memorial United Church, and for the well-being, compassion, strength, and joy of Rev. Wendy Noble. Thank you for your participation in this ministry.
4. DORCHESTER UCW will meet on Wednesday November 1st at 7.30pm. Come with more ideas for future programs--both serious and fun! All welcome!
5. ON THURSDAY, NOV. 2ND 7 - 9 PM. INDIGENOUS EDUCATION EVENING - with the Blanket Exercise. Hosted by St. Peter's Anglican Church. Led by The Diocese of Huron Bridge Builders Team. For more information contact Rev. Patty Dobbs Luxton - 519-719-8227. All are welcome.
6. ON SUNDAY NOVEMBER 5TH, we will be celebrating our fourth All Saints Sunday, which will include the opportunity to light candles of remembrance for our loved ones who have passed away. Please encourage anyone who you know who you feel might benefit from attending this special service to attend, including and beyond our own congregation members.
7. PIE, BAKING AND CRAFT SALE SAT. NOV 18TH
9AM TO 1PM. Frozen fruit pies (apple, cherry, blueberry, raspberry), Frozen turkey meat pies available. Donations to the bake table are welcome. Crafts will be available from vendors. If you would like a table to sell your wares, the tables are $15.00 for 8' on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. 8. REYNOLDS CREEK GAMES NIGHT - November 3rd at 7 pm

GIFTS with VISION book has arrived!
On the table at the rear of the sanctuary and in the lower level in the mission display. This book has many gift suggestions for the person who has everything. Chickens, goats, education, bicycles, schools, healthcare and much more can be purchased for those people who have much less then we do. Thank you for caring.

MODERATOR JORDAN CANTWELL REQUESTS YOUR HELP WITH THE HURRICANE IRMA DISASTER.

The United Church of Canada has membership in the global ACT ALLIANCE who are organized to assist people affected by Hurricane Irma. ACT members are organized in various regional & national forums (including Dominican Republic, Haiti, & Cuba) working quickly with evacuations and emergency shelter where necessary and plan for post-storm responses.
