THIS SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 11, we are asked to pray for the mission and ministry of the Ailsa Craig Pastoral Charge, consisting of Ailsa Craig, Brinsley, and Carlisle United Churches, and for the well-being, compassion, strength, and joy of Dawn Hill and all others involved in ministry leadership at these churches. Thank you for your participation in this ministry.

7. WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT are always welcome on a chilly February day. Please consider the power of a note, card or call to a person who could use some encouragement or a little pick-me-up this month. 9. Pastor Mary Dillon will facilitate a LENTEN STUDY on the book "Why I Believe," a collection of brief reflections by a variety of people on their personal faith journeys. The weekly study will begin on the first day of Lent, Wednesday, February 14th at 2:00 p.m. and will take us through Easter. 10. MID-WEEK LENTEN SERVICE - Belmont United Church has extended an invitation to join them on Wednesday evenings during Lent, beginning February 14th, for a light supper (suggested donation $5.00) followed by a brief time of worship. The meal is served at 6:00 p.m., with worship from 6:45-7:15.

They can be dropped off at the church or at Ernie Reid's in the car port.

for saving the plastic sleeves from your "junk mail". They are put to good use at the London Food Bank and may be placed in a small basket on the window ledge at the back of the sanctuary or you may give them to any church member.
