WELCOME BACK

We extend a very warm welcome to Rev. Larry as he leads us in worship today to mark the beginning of a gradual return to work process. We are so grateful for the way God has worked through your medical community and your family to help you in this long journey of healing. We pray that He will grant you the strength needed to again lead us in our faith journey. A special welcome also to your dear wife Gwen. We have missed you both.

RUMMAGE AND BAKE SALE:
DUC is holding a Rummage & Bake Sale on Saturday, May 26 from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm. We are asking for your help in donating yummy baked goods and clean, gently used items for the sale. Please bring baking and all items to the church on Friday, May 25 from 10 am to 4 pm. No clothing or furniture please. Please note that costume jewelry can be brought anytime and left downstairs in the clear plastic tub on the window ledge by the clock. Thank you!

Announcements April 29, 2018
1. Please join us for a time of refreshments and fellowship in the lower level of the sanctuary following the service.
2. THIS SUNDAY, APRIL 29, we are asked to pray for the mission and ministry of Kerwood-Bethesda United Church. Also, we pray for the well-being, compassion, strength, and joy of Rev. George Rowaan along with others involved in ministry leadership at this pastoral charge.
3. FOOD BANK: Thank you for your kind donations. During April and May, our local food bank is in need of large family sized canned fruit.

will meet on Wednesday May 2 at 7.30 pm at the church. Preparation plans for May activities including hosting the Regional Rally on May 16 as well as more exciting events in the future. All are welcome.
