to approve the updated Governance Manual for Dorchester United Church. A
few copies of the Manual are available at the back of Sanctuary. Please
return these as soon as possible so that others may read them. Draft copies

Announcements September 9, 2018
- Please join us for a time of refreshments and fellowship in the lower
level of the sanctuary following the service.
- We are pleased to welcome Gabrielle Baerg as our Pulpit
Supply for Sundays Sept. 9 and Sept. 16. Gabrielle is a Candidate for
Ordained Ministry who comes highly recommended by London Conference. She
has been actively providing pulpit supply all summer for Fairmont United
Church and is continuing her work as Youth Minister at Metropolitan UC
while she completes her studies towards her Master of Divinity.
- THIS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 9TH, we are
asked to pray for the mission and ministry of Trinity United Church in
London. Also, we pray for the well-being, compassion, strength, and joy of
Rev. Paul Browning and all those involved in ministry leadership at this pastoral charge. Thank you for participating in this prayer ministry.
- GREETERS NEEDED: Please sign up on the list at the back
of the church to be Greeters and take up collection.
- WEDNESDAY MORNING COFFEE:
Every Wednesday 10 am. Come and catch up on the news, be a taste tester of
the baking and have many laughs. Everyone is welcome.
- KEEP COLLECTING THOSE POP CANS - They can be dropped
off at the church or at Ernie Reid's in the car port. (4356 Hamilton Road,
