February 17
Annual General Meeting
The format will follow last year's meeting - a shortened service followed
immediately by the Annual Meeting. We have new people being nominated onto
the Church Board but we always need more. Please consider being on the
Board to ensure effective succession planning for our church. Please plan
to attend. Contact persons - Glenn Baskerville, Carol Reid and Alan Busche.
Please join us for lunch following the Annual Meeting We ask the
congregation with last names from A - N to bring Sandwiches and O - Z to
bring Squares. Come and enjoy the lunch and fellowship following our
meeting

Announcements January 6, 2019
1. Please join us for a time of refreshments and fellowship in the lower
level of the sanctuary following the service.
2. WEDNESDAY MORNING COFFEE
:
Every Wednesday 10 am. Come and catch up on the news, be a taste tester of
the baking and have many laughs. Everyone is welcome.
3. TREASURER POSITION
At the January meeting, the Official Board accepted a resignation notice
from Keith Kaiser, our Treasurer for the past year.
We thank Keith for working diligently through this past year and wish him
every success as he directs this time and energy to take care of his
family. We appreciate the help that Ralph Glew is providing in the interim
until a suitable candidate is found.
The Board is now seeking to hire a TREASURER to record,
manage and report church finances. The candidate must have strong
bookkeeping, accounting and communication skills and related experience.

REMINDER
A reminder that all reports and messages for the 2018 Annual Report must be emailed or delivered to the Church office by Sunday, January 20. It would be very helpful if all reports could be in the same format and font - Arial, font size 12.
The Annual Meeting will follow the Service on February 17th.
Reports will be distributed to the Congregation on February 10th.
