Please join us for a time of refreshments and fellowship in the lower level of the sanctuary following the service.
1. WEDNESDAY MORNING COFFEE: Every Wednesday, at 10 am. Come and catch up on the news, be a taste tester of the baking and have many laughs. Everyone is welcome.
2. PLEASE CONSIDER SIGNING UP TO GREET on a Sunday morning on the clipboard at the rear of the church. You are helping to make our congregation feel welcome to our worship service. Thank you.
3. THE NEXT BOARD MEETING will be on September 18th at 7:00 pm. Please note the new date!
4. SUMMER OUTREACH PROJECT: The Holy Diner was a huge summer success! Jean and Bob Davis send their heartfelt thanks for our donation to the Dorchester Food Bank of just over $2,209.00. Some of this money was to be used immediately to provide milk and eggs for the families who needed assistance. Thanks again to all who supported this project.
5. MIDDLESEX PRESBYTERIAL UCW IS AGAIN HAVING THE FALL EVENT @ White Oaks United Church on Saturday, October 20, 2019. Registration at 9:00 A.M. Come & enjoy fellowship, music & fun along with a great speaker. Bring reusable bags filled with personal items for women & children. A suggested list is available here in the church for your convenience. You are welcome to bring your donation here to the church & place into the assigned box before the above date. These items will go to 'My Sisters Place', 'Women's Community House', 'Rotholme', 'ELUCO', 'Southdale & Limberlost Chaplaincys', and 'Strathroy Women's Rural Resource Centre'. It's a great spiritual lift to remember & share with others who have less. Thank you, Marj MacMillan
