Please join us for a time of refreshments and fellowship in the

level of the sanctuary following the service.
1. WEDNESDAY MORNING COFFEE: Every Wednesday, at 10 am.
Come and catch up on the news, be a taste tester of the baking and have
many laughs. Everyone is welcome.
2. PLEASE CONSIDER SIGNING UP TO GREET on a Sunday morning
on the clipboard at the rear of the church. You are helping to make our
congregation feel welcome to our worship service. Thank you.
3. WE WELCOME PASTOR ART HILEY TO DUC this morning to lead
us in worship and communion. Thank you to Tabitha Carey for assisting in
the service.
4. LENTEN LUNCHEON SERIES is returning on Friday, March
06th at 11:30 a.m. If you wish to help with set-up, cleanup, main dish

County. Musical Entertainment by 2 members of the Gee Gees, Karen

7. PIE MAKING: Heather Elmhirst has agreed to organize two
pie making sessions to help raise money for the General Fund at DUC. If you
can help on Saturday, February 29th or on Saturday, March 7,
please let Cathy know. (519-461-1679) We need a working group of about 6
people.
8. AN IRISH STEW LUNCHEON will be provided during the
Fellowship Hour after Sunday Service on March 15. Your donation for the
yummy stew, rolls and dessert is very much appreciated and will go to the
General Fund.
9. TRIVIA NIGHT AT DUC: SATURDAY, MARCH 21, 2020
Come for an enjoyable social evening where four heads are better than one!
Bring a team of 4 or join a table upon arrival. Doors open at 6:30 and
Trivia starts at 7 pm. A variety of quality questions, great prizes, and
light refreshments are provided. For tickets ($20/person) call 519-461-1679

10. Planned Legacy Giving: Wednesday, MARCH 25, 2020
Dorchester United Church presents information on planned
legacy giving with the Stewardship and Gifts Officer for 3
regions of the United Church of Canada. A light lunch will be
served at noon followed by a one hour workshop with David
