CALL TO WORSHIP
: As We Gather Here
As we gather here to worship and to grow in our faith
We thank You for fellowship and family.
We ask that You will strengthen us, restore us and inspire us with Your love.
Lord, fill us with Your peace,
So that as we journey onwards w e w ill pour out Your love and grace to others.
We ask that our souls catch the wind of Your spirit
so that we take Your promises to others in our community
Amen.

PRAYER OF CONFESSION :
Lord we often forget to bring everything to You in prayer.
We forget to include You in our plans.
We become discouraged and believe many things are impossible.
We need to put our hope and trust in Yo u.
Almighty God, Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit

With You nothing is Impossible
You created the Heavens and the Earth and all Living things.
Despite our self-reliant ways that lead to a broken relationship with Y ou, You made a way to bring us back into relationship with Y ou.
Jesus demonstrated God’s love, the desire for relationship overrules and legalism. Lord you asked us to follow You, to share the hope with all the world. When You ascended back to Heaven, You told us we would never be alone, You put your spirit within each person who believes.
We confess we have put Yo u in a box. Almighty God, we take our self-imposed restrictions off Y ou. We are Y our hands and feet, we look to Yo u and believe by Y our spirit nothing is impossible. Amen.

WORDS OF ASSURANCE :
Loving God, you will never leave us or forsake us. Your Holy Spirit lives within us. We can put our trust in you. Your grace and mercies are new every day. Your faithfulness never fails. You are the God who saves, God of the impossible. We look forward to all you have for us and our community.
