CALL TO WORSHIP
We come to you to find a quiet centre;
But we look for you in the mighty and Search for you in the obvious.
Yet, we fail to stop.
To rest, To Sabbath.
We strain to find you where we think you are
And miss your voice in the midst of silence.
Failing to find you in the ordinary, the meek, and the humble.
Turning a blind eye to the words on the subway walls, The whispers in the sound of silence.
PASSING OF THE PEACE-
The Grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Love of God, and the Fellowship of
the Holy Spirit be with you…

CHIDREN'S TIME, LIGHTING OF THE CHRIST CANDLE, CHILDREN'S PRAYER
Jesus Christ is the light of the world.
Jesus is our friend who loves us always
We are not alone,
we live in God's world.
We believe in God:
who has created and is creating,
who has come in Jesus,
the Word made flesh,
to reconcile and make new,
who works in us and others
by the Spirit.
We trust in God.
We are called to be the Church:
to celebrate God's presence,
to live with respect in Creation,
to love and serve others,
to seek justice and resist evil,
to proclaim Jesus, crucified and risen,
our judge and our hope.
In life, in death, in life beyond death,
God is with us.
We are not alone.
